Leadership Training Seminar

Leadership Training Seminar: It is my goal to help all of the students who walk through the doors at Elite to become stronger, more confident, and an epitome in character and integrity. Some of the students at Elite have expressed an interest in taking these characteristics to the highest level possible: the instructor training program. The Instructor training program is designed for the students who want to help other students become the best possible martial artists and people possible. The first step in the instructor training program is the Leadership Training Seminar. This seminar is 8 weeks in length and is tentatively scheduled for Saturday mornings at 8:45am. Each week the participants of this program will learn and practice the characteristics needed to become a leader. Besides being required to attend each of the classes the participants will also be assigned reading assignments on books devoted to leadership. The cost of the program is $195 and is limited to only four participants per session. Students who are interested in becoming a leader at Elite will be chosen based upon a written essay outlining why they want to be part of the leadership program. Applicants for the program will not be chosen based on belt ranking but you must be at least a white/green belt to apply for this seminar. All essays outlining a students desire to participate in this prestigious program must be turned in no later than February 4th. The chosen students will be announced February 7th and training will begin February 11th and continue through April 1st. Good luck to all applicants!
